All orders (unless specified otherwise) are dispatched twice per week through a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivery varies based on your location. In some cases it may take up to three or four weeks for your goods to arrive.
All goods will be sent to the address you provide us with. You will be able to see the total before paying. If you change of address after providing us with your address at the time of purchase, or the wrong address is given to us by mistake, please send us an email as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct that before the parcel is sent.
We won’t be responsible for the lost of a parcel which was sent to a wrong address, if the address we sent the parcel to, is the address you gave us at the time of purchase.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges that the order may incur. Custom charges are depending on trading arrangements between countries which are beyond our control.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
If your goods are faulty, please email our customer service through our contacts page within 3 days of reception and we will advise you how to proceed. If possible, please describe the problem and send us some images.
If you would like to return an item, please read carefully the information here. We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are unhappy with a product for a particular reason, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know why you would like to return the item.
