Salt & Pepper box beech wood

Inspired by the mechanism of wind up tin toys, this pair of mills will bring a sense of playfulness to any table. Made from beech, this set of two mills have a strong ceramic grinding mechanism effective for both salt and pepper which can be adjusted from fine to coarse. The clear lacquer finish is easy to clean and will protect the wood for many years. The ceramic mechanism can be used even in a humid environment as, unlike metal mechanisms, they will not rust. As beech is a natural material the grain in the wood will vary from piece to piece, making each set unique. Each mill has an adjustable ceramic grinder mechanism and is finished with a clear lacquer.
